The Gathering Room, is a spacious gathering place with a brick bar, cable television, and a wood stove.

Kitchen Screened-in Porch

The Kitchen is decorated with an historic Eastern Shore theme, including beautiful oak plank flooring recycled from a turn of the century barn. The large screened-in porch overlooks the flower gardens and provides for an atmosphere to unwind. (This area is great for business conferences.)

Availability and Reservations

    Reservation Information:
  • Off Season: November-April $115-145. In Season: May-October $125-165.
  • Special Rates are available based on availability: Call for information.
  • The use of specials or discounts on Holiday weekends are up to the discretion of the innkeeper, call for details.
  • We accept cash, check or credit card (Visa, MC, AMEX and Discover). Check for one nights deposit or credit card number confirms reservation.
  • Check-in is between 4 pm and 8 pm. All other check-in times by pre-arrangement with host. (Your hosts have many responsibilities so advance notice of your estimated arrival time is greatly appreciated.)
  • Check-out time is by 11am.
  • Gourmet Continental Breakfast
  • Rates are based on double occupancy (unless otherwise noted), are subject to 6% Maryland tax plus 5% local (Queen Anne County) lodging tax and can change without notice.
  • Each additional guest in room per night charge is: $25. Note: All rooms are not suitable for additional guests.
  • Children 12 and older are welcome.
  • Sorry no pets.
  • Smoking permitted outside only.

    Cancellation Policy: Since we are a very small business, cancellations affect us significantly; therefore, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy.
  • If cancellations are made less than 7 days prior to the arrival date, every effort will be made to resell the accommodations. However, if we are unable to rebook, you are responsible for any night that cannot be resold. For holidays, cancellations must be made 7 days prior to the arrival date.
  • No-Shows will be charged full amount of their reserved stay.
